  I ordered my Father's print mid December. I was told that it would not make it before Christmas due to prior orders which is fine. The next week I received a package from them with the pendant. I was so excited to be able to give this gift. I noticed that only the pendant came but no necklace so I called to check on the order. They sent me someone else's thumbprint! I offered to help by having them send me the correct family and address that it went to and I dropped it off at the UPS store They said they would make mine and that it would be about nine days. It never came so I called again Now, no one spoke with could pull up my file except Holly. After all this monkey business I finally went to the funeral home on Feb 6th. They were very disappointed to hear that occurred and they got on the phone right away while I was there. I did not receive the package until FEB 27th!!! I had such lack of trust at this point,I took the pendant to the funeral home to make sure it was in fact my dad's print and thank God it was. The only reason why I can give them a one star is because the funeral home was able to help with my request that I get a free pendant for all of the mess and inconvenience they caused. It was supposed to be the same size as I ordered, but that didn't happen, it is the small size. I love it, but I cannot recommend them at this time.

  I can not thank you enough for the quality of the heartfelt pendant with my mom's thumb print nd have worn it ever since i received in the mail.She will always be with me
